We read the plans for your trade, draw your shop drawings, build your submittals, deal with the general contractor and send out your pay applications.
The experience and know-how come from 25 years on the general contracting office side, so we know what a complete scope looks like, what a change order should cost, and what a general contractor needs to see to pay you.

Every job starts with a quote you approve before any work begins. From there we handle the paperwork, under your company name, from bid day to final lien waiver.

Our rate starts at $50 an hour, quoted case by case and project by project. You approve the quote before any work starts, so there are no surprises.

Every package is prepared in house by Kevin Dean, under your company name, to your standards. Nothing is outsourced.
