Dean Construction Management, LLC is a veteran-owned Florida firm based in North Palm Beach. We handle the paperwork side of construction for subcontractors and suppliers: scope and takeoff, shop drawings, submittals, GC contract review and billing. We work nationwide and take on any project, regardless of location, scope or size.

Kevin R. Dean
Founder & President
Kevin Dean has spent 25 years on the office side of commercial construction: scopes, estimates, drawings, submittals, contracts, change orders and billing. He founded Dean Construction Management on a simple idea: a subcontractor should have the same paperwork strength behind them that a general contractor has.
His project experience spans more than $125 million in managed work across hospitality, office, retail, banking, healthcare, education, public safety and multifamily, in fourteen states and Washington, D.C.
He is a U.S. Navy veteran, serving as an Avionics Technician from 2001 to 2005, where precision and accountability were not optional. That is the same standard he brings to a scope, a submittal and a pay application.
Kevin leads every engagement directly: scope capture and takeoff, shop drawings and design, submittals, GC contract review, and the AIA billing and lien waivers that keep payments moving and closeout clean.
