Leadership
Kevin R. Dean
Founder & Principal
Kevin Dean has spent more than two decades in construction management and commercial construction, on both sides of the table — building the work and managing it. He founded Dean Construction Management on a simple idea: the firm that plans a project and the firm that builds it should be the same team, answerable to the same number.
He is a U.S. Navy veteran, serving as an Avionics Technician from 2001 to 2005, where precision and accountability were not optional. That is the same standard he brings to a budget, a schedule and a closeout package.
Kevin leads every project directly: preconstruction and budget development, trade buyout, trade coordination through delivery, and the accounting discipline that keeps draws moving and closeout clean.

Veteran owned & operated
Mission first
Dean Construction Management is proudly veteran owned. Kevin Dean served as an Avionics Technician in the U.S. Navy from 2001 to 2005, and the habits that came out of it — precision, ownership, and telling people the truth early — are the operating standard of this firm.
